Aptomo Beacon+ Kit - Bumper Fog Light Mount for 1999-2002 Toyota 4Runner

Overview The Beacon+ Signal Replacement series allows for the seamless integration of a 2x3 LED pod and a dedicated signal lamp into the factory turn signal housing of the 1996-1998 Toyota 4Runner. This is a complete mounting solution designed to replace the OEM plastic lenses with a high-performance lighting array without requiring permanent modifications to the vehicle's bodywork.

Engineering & Materials Like all Aptomo components, this series prioritizes material choice and structural integrity:

• Bezels: 3D-printed using ASA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced). This provides superior UV resistance, high thermal stability (no warping in direct sunlight), and a matte-black finish that matches OEM trim. Minimum 5-10 year UV stable, longer if painted.
  
• Brackets: CNC-formed 5052 aluminum. These brackets provide a rigid, vibration-free mounting point for heavy 2x3 pods, ensuring the beam pattern remains stable on corrugated roads. Each bracket comes with a brace system to hard mounting points on the bumper supports, reducing vibration by not relying on the plastic valence for support.
  
• Hardware: All kits include corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware.
  

Fitment & Compatibility

• Vehicle: 1999-2002 Toyota 4Runner (Pre-facelift bumpers).
  
• Pod Compatibility: Optimized for standard 2x3 LED pods (e.g., Baja Designs S2, Diode Dynamics Stage Series, or equivalent).
  
• Signal Lamp: Choice of no signal lamp or for Audi style sequential signal lamp with mount. Combine with 7443 Mod to save 10%
  
• Factory Fog Lamp: At this time the bracket system should not interfere with the factory fog lamp setup. Minor re-fastening of the lower leg may be necessary. For use with factory fog, the 7443 marker mod is our suggested method for retaining signal function.
  

Installation This is a bolt-in replacement. The assembly utilizes the factory mounting points. Some minor wiring is required to adapt the factory signal harness to the new LED signal and pod light, an AMP style connector is provided to allow for easy disconnection in the future.
