Aptomo is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ARB 4x4 Accessories, Toyota Motor Corporation or any of their subsidiaries. All ARB and Toyota trademarks, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying compatible products. Aptomo makes aftermarket parts designed to fit certain ARB products and makes no claim to any rights in the ARB name or trademarks. This also applies to Baja Designs and Diode Dynamics and their subsidiaries.

Products & Use

All products are intended for lawful use only. Installation and use are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, product details, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty and return eligibility are outlined in our separate Warranty & Returns Policy. Any applicable warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of the company and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Any attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer, or reproduce the product for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

Freight Forwarding and Export: To ensure product authenticity and safety, Aptomo does not ship to known freight forwarding companies or package redirection services. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the billing or shipping address is identified as a logistics hub, consolidation point, or commercial forwarding facility.

Order Verification: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected unauthorized resale, intellectual property risk, or fraud. If an order is flagged by our security systems, we may require additional verification (such as government-issued identification or proof of billing address) before processing. Failure to provide requested verification within 48 hours will result in automatic order cancellation.

User-Generated Content

If you publicly post photos, videos, or other content featuring our products (including on social media, forums, or review platforms), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reuse, reproduce, modify, and share that content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. Credit will be given where reasonably possible.
