Shipping policy

Canada and Mainland USA: Free shipping, shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with a reputable carrier — all costs including shipping, duty, and tariffs are included in the product price, so there are no surprise charges at checkout or at the border. Average processing time is 1-3 business days before handoff to the carrier.

Remote locations, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses: These may be subject to additional shipping charges due to final-mile delivery requirements. If your order requires additional charges, we will contact you for approval before the order ships. Additional processing and transit time should be expected for these destinations.

Please note that any US-bound order placed in a currency other than USD will be cancelled and will need to be re-ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are not responsible for sudden changes in duties or tariffs that may affect shipments, for the correctness of how they are calculated, or if additional duties are charged to the customer at the port of entry. The risk and any financial burden of these charges is assumed by the purchaser.
