Shipping policy

All products will ship free via preferred local carriers, average processing time is 1-3 business days to the carrier.

Shipments to PO, APO boxes and other remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges due to final mile delivery requirements. These orders will be reviewed before shipment and may be held to collect additional charges. We reserve the right to make these decisions on a case by case basis. Additional processing and transit times will likely occur.

For our US customers, the price you see is the final price, no surprises at checkout or at the border. To Keep things simple all costs including shipping, duty and tariffs are included in the product price. It ensures you get a smooth, worry-free experience shipped DDP with a reputable carrier.

Please note that any US bound products ordered in another currency format will be cancelled and will have to be re-ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are not responsible for sudden changes in duties or tariffs that may affect shipments,  for the correctness on how they are calculated or if additional duties are charged to the customer at the port of entry. The risk and any financial burden of these charges is assumed by the purchaser.
