Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, The initial return window is 30 days from time or purchase, refunds will not be processed until return is received in its original packaging. Returns inside Canada can be returned with a provided label. International returns are shipped at the customers expense.
Every situation is unique, and we evaluate each request fairly based on the circumstances, returns cannot be automatically processed, If a return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions and process it as quickly as possible.
Return and refund processing time is within 30 days from time of approval, pending return of item(s).
Warranty Policy
Our warranty is built on something simple: we stand behind our products, and we stand with you. Customer satisfaction matters, and every issue starts with a conversation so we can understand what happened and make it right. This warranty is limited only to the original purchaser of the product.
- For fit, finish, or functional concerns, we will work with you to resolve the issue through part updates, design improvements, or corrective solutions.
- For trail mishaps, installation errors, or other non-defect “whoopsie” moments, individual replacement parts will be available at a discounted rate.
We are constantly improving our parts, and your feedback is part of that process. If something isn’t right, reach out — we’ll take care of you.
Chargebacks
We’re committed to solving problems directly with our customers. If something goes wrong, we simply ask that you contact us first so we can address the issue through a refund, replacement, or return.
- If a customer files a chargeback without first opening a conversation with us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the matter, the claim will be considered an attempt to obtain product without proper resolution.
- In these cases, all warranty coverage will be voided, and future purchases will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
